Located on the banks of the Tárcoles River at the edge of the Carara Reserve, this all-inclusive resort has 47 comfortable, adobe-style rooms surrounded by wooded gardens. An open-air restaurant and bar has a deck overlooking the river and there is a swimming pool, mini-golf, a butterfly garden, hiking trails and horses are available for rent. There is a trail to a jungle waterfall and a 280-hectare private reserve with abundant wildlife. Hot climate.

Villa Lapas Hotel counts with 47 rooms all with terrace, 40 of them with two queen size beds and the remaining seven with king. The capacity of the each room belongs to two adults and two children or three adults and a child. All have views to the river, to the swimming pool or the gardens. Air conditioning and private bathrooms with hot water is also included for each room.
