This privately-owned villa is characterized by its Bali-style modern architecture and spectacular views overlooking Manuel Antonio’s coastline. It was built in 2005 and has a total of 2,000 sq. feet of living space, including three suites, an infinity plunge pool, and an open-air screened living room with 25-foot ceiling. The kitchen and bar are also open-air and screened in. The master bedroom and bath are air-conditioned. The bath has an open-air, waterfall shower.
Also features terrace dining and living rooms. Cable TV and DVD are in all bedrooms, including sound systems with CD player and iPod docks with ceiling speakers. Includes laundry room, safe, telescope and binoculars for your use. This villa is available for one-week periods only. 14 years and older only. From US$4,000 per week.

Casa de Frutas is a privately owned luxury villa located in the gated resort of Tulemar Gardens in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. Built in 2005, this "Bali Modern" style villa totals 4,000 square feet of tropical, open-air living with 3 private, air conditioned suites. Further amenities include panoramic sunset ocean views, an infinity edge plunge pool, Balinese pavilion and a private beach. This home is now available to rent through out the year.
Casa De Frutas is one house consisting of three private suites - 4,000 total square feet. It sits on a hillside overlooking the ocean and is bordered by jungle filled with monkeys, sloth and iguanas. Tulemar Gardens is a luxury gated/secure resort with facilities that include a restaurant, bar, pool and a beautiful tropical beach with bar/food service. Room service is available as well as the services of a personal chef (extra fee) for private dinners and parties. |
