in fewer places, reducing time spent in cars and planes.

Rafting,

White water rafting on the Reventazon. Then kayak in the flooded

The name says it. These itineraries are designed to be truly no
effort experiences. You will be chauffeured from one place to another and the
sites visited do not require any extraordinary physical activity or effort.

SELF
DRIVE ITINERARIES
If you love to drive and are bored by driving in the US, renting
a car and driving in Costa Rica might just be the adventure of your dreams.
It can also be a nightmare. If you choose this route, be aware that driving
conditions in Costa Rica are terrible: pot-holes, few road signs and drivers
passing on blind curves - sometimes all at once. Read

 Osa Peninsula, Arenal & Monteverde
Self Drive Adventure (9D/8N)
Start on the Osa Peninsula where you'll explore remote Corcovado Natl Park. Then fly back to San Jose to pick up your rental car and drive
to Monteverde to hike in the cloud forest and perhaps observe the rare and beautiful Quetzal (Jan to July only). Explore Tortuguero National Park with a guide and perhaps view the Atlantic

Lodge. Go to the Osa Peninsula to hike in Corcovado National Park, returning to your deluxe tent home at La Leona Lodge. Then head south, for a stay
