Watch production from start to finish at the processing plant while an expert guide explains each step from milling to skinning, fermentation and sun drying. Then, after a walk around the delightful colonial town of Barba de Heredia and lunch at Restaurante Don Prospero, an expert barista will show you how to make the perfect cappuccino.
