IF YOU HAVE EVEN THE SLIGHTEST WORRY OF BEING ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH US WHEN YOU ARE IN COSTA RICA READ THIS:
Throughout your time in Costa Rica -- from your arrival at the airport onward -- it's easy to be in touch with us even when you're not under our guide's wing.
In the Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose, when you pass through Immigration, a Costa Rica Expeditions representative will greet you and give you a sticker to facilitate clearing customs. Also, when you are exiting the building, you'll see a Costa Rica Expeditions guide, and driver, who will take you to your hotel.
You'll recognize our guides by their bright orange or yellow shirt. Also, your guide will be holding a sign with your name on it. You can count on your guide being there -- even if your flight arrives early, or arrives quite late -- no matter how late. After all, it's our first chance to have you experience that every part of your vacation will go smoothly.
What about the times you find yourself on your own? If you need our help, just call this phone number that reaches us 24 hours/day, 7 days/wk: 2521-6099.
If you don't see a phone nearby, and don't have your cell phone, no problem for a wonderful reason... As confirmed by two recent surveys, Costa Ricans may be the happiest people on earth. And their friendliness and helpfulness are legendary. Also, most of them have cell phones. So, simply show someone the following paragraph, and they'll usually welcome you calling us on their phone.
